Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel the service within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a service is 30 days from the date you received the service or from the date the service was completed, whichever is applicable.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method as you used for the service, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Service Cancellation and Refunds:

In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The service was purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The service has not yet been fully provided or completed.

The following services cannot be canceled or refunded:

  • The supply of services that were made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of services that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are non-refundable (e.g., once the service has been fully performed or partially consumed).

  • The supply of services that are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items or services.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for services that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Services

As services cannot be physically returned, the cancellation and refund process will depend on the nature of the service provided. If a refund is applicable, you will receive it via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues in returning funds due to third-party payment processing.

Gifts:

If the service was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued as a credit for future services. Once the cancellation is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the service wasn't marked as a gift or the purchaser paid for the service directly, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
